Not everyone wants in-home support — but everyone needs to eat. This is a generous meal drop to stock your fridge and freezer with food that actually sustains you: thoughtfully cooked, easy to heat, ready when you are.

You'll receive:

Three rotating nourishing meals (four containers each) – slow-simmered dhal, hearty soups, and comforting stews, made to reheat beautifully

Two generous, family-style bakes – think lasagne or fragrant baked rice dishes

A freshly made pantry treat – homemade granola or Nibbles & Nurture lactation cookies

A fresh sourdough loaf

No cooking. No planning. Just heat, eat, and rest.

The menu changes monthly to stay fresh and seasonal, but I'm happy to include favourites or requests where I can, and dietary requirements are always considered.

Local pick-up or drop-off available (Northern Beaches). Delivery available for an additional fee.
